Mission

To support University Circle’s economic viability, visitor experience, environmental health, and quality of life of by increasing the use of sustainable transportation options among all travelers in University Circle.

ABOUT uGO

uGO is a collaborative effort of public and private partners in Cleveland’s University Circle neighborhood that is leading implementation of the district’s Transportation Action Plan and the mission outlined above.  This website is one means of delivering on the goals of the Action Plan, which include improving coordination of transportation demand management (TDM) programs, increasing use of sustainable multi-modal transportation options, and enhancing transportation communications.  The uGO effort is led by the Sustainable Transportation Advisory Committee, which is comprised of the following organizations:
