Light the Night Event Road Closures 2023

Location: Wade Oval Drive, East Boulevard, and Surrounding Roads

Alert in effect: Sunday, October 1 - Sunday, October 1, 2023

Temporary road closures will occur on Wade Oval Drive and East Boulevard for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Light the Night event on Sunday, October 1.

Wade Oval Drive will be closed from the Cleveland Botanical Garden driveway to East Boulevard between 2:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

East Boulevard will be closed between Bellflower Road and Juniper Road from approximately 7:45 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. for a fireworks display.

Surrounding roads will experience a rolling closure for the event’s walk between 7:30 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Security will temporarily close intersections as walkers move through the route. Please refer to our map below for the planned walking route.

Access to the Cleveland Botanical Garden's parking garage will be maintained except for during the fireworks show which will start at 8:15 p.m.
