New Parking Payment System Coming to Uptown

Location: Euclid Avenue, between UH Drive and E. 115th Street (Uptown)

Alert in effect: Monday, May 19 until further notice

During the week of May 19, 2025, the City of Cleveland will be removing the current parking payment kiosks along Euclid Avenue between Ford Dr./Mayfield Rd. and E. 115th St. and replacing them with a new system that is currently employed in other parts of the city, including downtown.

This system will eliminate the need for tickets to be printed and placed on a driver's dashboard; they will instead simply require parkers to enter their license plate number at the kiosk, pay for their parking session, and proceed to their destination.

The number of pay stations will also be reduced from seven (7) to three (3), including one near University Hospitals:

  • Uptown - North side of Euclid Avenue in Uptown, near Bibibop
  • Uptown - South side of Euclid Avenue, near D.P. Dough
  • University Hospitals - South side of Euclid Avenue at UH Drive.

This work will have no impact on parking accessibility or availability.
